Certified true copies
Don't want to part with your original diploma or passport? A certified true copy stands in for it in most procedures.
A certified true copy is a photocopy on which an authorised official (a notary, town hall or administrative authority depending on the document) confirms that it matches the original presented. Many universities, employers and immigration services ask for one.
We arrange the certification with the competent authority and, if the copy will be used abroad, continue with legalisation and certified translation. You deal with one contact for the whole file.
For documents issued abroad, our international network can also have certified copies made in the issuing country.
Our prices depend on the document, language, formalities and deadline, so every request gets a free, no-obligation quote.

Frequently asked questions
Is a certified true copy accepted abroad?
Often, provided it is legalised and, where necessary, translated. Some organisations still require the original, so we check before starting.
Do I need to provide the original?
Yes, the certifying authority must see the original. We explain how to hand it over safely and return it to you with the certified copy.
