Data collected

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter (name, email, phone, request details) and the documents you attach. They are sent to our team by encrypted email; the website itself does not store them in a database.

Purpose

This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you confirm, carry out the service. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Requests that do not proceed are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. Documents relating to a service are kept for as long as needed to perform it and meet our legal obligations.

Hosting and email

The website and email are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. An anti-spam measure temporarily keeps an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address.

Your rights

Under Benin's Digital Code (Law No. 2017-20) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@abc-offices.com. You may also contact Benin's personal data protection authority (APDP).
